We don’t train hate. And we won’t let it hide in our dojo.

Across Canada and the U.S., white supremacist groups known as “active clubs” are infiltrating martial arts gyms and dojos. They train in public spaces and legitimate schools—sometimes the same places where children take classes—while hiding their true agenda: preparing for violence rooted in hate.

A recent CBC investigation exposed how these extremists use training spaces to recruit, radicalize, and spread propaganda, all while pretending to be just another martial arts student.

Let us be crystal clear: Maine Kyokushin Karate will not allow these groups to use our space or our art for hate.
